Christians experience anxiety and depression too.
Experiencing anxiety and/or depression, even as a Christian, no matter the reason, is frightening, and you’re often unsure where to turn.
We don’t hear it mentioned nearly enough in the church that this is a human condition—NOT simply a secular condition. I long to see the stigma surrounding these struggles overcome, so I’ve intended this to be a place of comfort and information for anyone walking this same path.
If you experience any kind of fear, depression, anxiety, doubts, or fearful thoughts, know this:
There is hope. You can overcome this.
If you believe in Jesus as your savior, you have already taken the first step.
I am someone who has struggled with anxiety and depression for many years and has come to find comfort, hope, and actual change through my savior, Jesus—where all other avenues have failed.
You’ll find words of hope on this page from someone who has walked this path before you.
Regardless of why you’re here, welcome.
We’re in this together, friend. You’re not alone.
I’d be honored to pray for you and help carry your burden today; please feel free to reach out to me.
