Anxiety & Depression Series
Experiencing anxiety and/or depression, no matter the reason, is frightening, exhausting, and often leaves the person going through it unsure of where to turn.
Sometimes being a Christian and experiencing any type of mental or emotional struggle can be even more difficult. As Christians, we often believe the lie that we "shouldn't" go through these types of trials. We don’t hear it mentioned nearly enough in the church that this is a human condition. Even though we are new in Jesus, we are still very human.
My goal is to help demolish the stigma surrounding these struggles and give hope to those who find themselves in a place of struggle. I’ve intended this to be a place of comfort and information for anyone walking this same path.
If you experience any kind of fear, depression, anxiety, doubts or fearful thoughts, know this:
There is hope for real change!
