Sharing an unseen burden
As I’ve shared here so often before, anxiety and depression are something I am familiar with. Sadly, suffering in silence is also something I’m familiar with. Because of this, mental health struggles are, in my opinion, the most challenging burden to help carry for another person. How do you hold an unseen burden? Whether it’s grief, depression, anxiety, fear, or despair, helping another walk a road that often has no directional signs is extremely difficult.
Introducing Share the Burden Bracelet.

Do you have a friend going through troubling times?
In collaboration with Living Truth Collective, we’ve created a beautiful piece of jewelry for your struggling loved one. The Share the Burden Bracelet features a prayer and a reminder that they aren’t walking through their struggle alone—you are committed to walking with them and praying for them.
This bracelet centers on God’s Truth to:
Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way, you will fulfill the law of Christ. (Galatians 6:2).
God does not call us to bear our burdens alone and has given us one another to support and pray for each other.
This bracelet comes with one bracelet and two prayer cards.
Give this bracelet to a friend as a reminder: “Friend, you are loved, held, and protected.”
Keep one scripture card as a reminder to pray.
